HON'BLE MR.H.R.PANWAR,J. Mr. R.S.Gill for the petitioner. Mr. Ashok Upadhyay, P.P. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and public prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned. By the instant bail application, the petitioner seeks temporary bail on the ground to get his brother treated who is alleged to have been a man of unsound mind. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that his brother has been suffering from mental ailment since 2001 and he has been under treatment. It is not the case that throughout the petitioner has been taking his brother for treatment. The allegation against the present petitioner is that he caused murder of his father. In this view of the matter, I do not find it a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. The bail application seeking interim bail is therefore, dismissed. (H.R.PANWAR), J.
