The appeal in which cross objection has been filed, has not yet been admitted, rather it has been dismissed today, apart from the fact that learned counsel could not satisfy that under the contract of insurance, the liability of interest was not undertaken by the insurance company, therefore, I do not find any ground to allow cross objection either.
