HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KRISHAN KUMAR ACHARYA Mr.Sandeep Mehta, for the petitioner. Mr.O.P.Rathi, Public Prosecutor. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this misc. bail application at this stage. It is stated that 23 witnesses have been examined in the trial court. Learned counsel, however, prays that learned trial court may be directed to expedite the trial at the earliest. Accordingly, this misc. third bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner- Vijay Singh is dismissed as not pressed.
