Learned Deputy Government Advocate is directed to accept notice on behalf of respondents. He accepts notice. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is finally heard and decided at the admission stage. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the instant writ petition stands concluded by a decision of Division Bench of this Court in Prashant Vohra and Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. 2005 (1) Western Law Cases (Raj) 264. In view of the statement of counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is allowed in terms of the order of Division Bench of this Court in Prashant Vohra and Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. (supra) and it is directed that the 2 petitioner shall be given notional benefit of the pay scale of Rs.3200-85-4900 from the date of his initial appointment till

1.6.2002 and thereafter, actual benefit of the regular pay scale and his salary shall be fixed afresh within a period of three months. No order as to costs. (H.R.PANWAR),J.
