HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KRISHAN KUMAR ACHARYA Mr.Jitendra Chopra, for the appellants. Mr.Murlidhar Boob, for the respondent. Learned counsel for the plaintiff- respondent states that parties have settled their dispute and payment has already been made to the plaintiff-respondent, therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instruction in this regard but since, there is clear admission of the plaintiff-respondent himself that he has received complete amount and parties have settled their dispute, therefore, this appeal has become infructuous.
