JUSTICE VIKRAM AGGARWAL Present: Mr. Virender Singh Punia, Advocate, for the appellant. *** VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (ORAL) CM-5142-C-2026 Prayer in the present application preferred under Section 151 CPC is for condonation of delay of 123 days in refiling the appeal. Heard. For the reasons mentioned in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The delay of 123 days in refiling the appeal is condoned. RSA-1407-2026 (O&M) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal as the appellant intends to avail other remedies as admissible in law.
