(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5 and not to harass and implicate the petitioners in any false criminal case and also directing the official respondents to decide the representation dated 20.07.2026 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioners.
#2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends petitioners are in a live-in-relationship. The private respondents are not accepting the said relationship and are extending threats to them. The copy of ‘Aadhaar’ cards (Annexures P-1 and P-2) of petitioners No.1 and 2 have been placed on record. CRWP No.8976 of 2026 -2-
