At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, an order dated 17.01.2020 came to be passed, giving rise to a fresh cause of grievance to the petitioner. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order (supra).
