In the present petition, the petitioners are praying for consideration for appointment against the posts of Assistant Lineman which were advertised vide advertisement dated 15.07.2022 (Annexure P-1) issued by the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.1 to decide representation dated 24.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners, in a time bound manner.
