Though in similar matters earlier listed before us we had left the appellants with the option to seek a review of the order passed, we are dismayed to notice that the practice of filing appeals against consent orders have become rampant and, therefore, must be brought to a close. Letters Patent Appeal is, therefore, dismissed. C.M. No. 4174 of 2010 As the Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed, no order is required to be passed on the condonation application.
