(ORAL) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the written statement filed in this case, states that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. He further, on instructions from Sh. Suresh Kumar, Sub Divisional Clerk, states that the amount due to the petitioner shall be released to the petitioner within a period of one month from today. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the State, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
