13.5.2008 (Annexure P-1). On going through the records of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 13.8.2008 (Annexure P-5) moved under Section 29 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
