CORAM : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI *** Present : Mr. Sunny Singla, Advocate for the petitioners. Ms. Kavita Arora, A.A.G., Punjab. *** AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) In this petition the claim is for higher pay-scale for the period the petitioners had discharged the duties and responsibilities for the post of Principal/Head Master. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter is covered by the judgment passed in CWP No.10454 of 2011, Bhim Sain and others v. State of Punjab and another, decided on 02.06.2011. Learned Assistant Advocate General states that she is not in a position to accept or deny this claim but has stated that in case the facts of CWP No.23441 of 2011 -2- the present case is covered by the facts of the said judgment she would have no objection if this petition is decided in the same terms. Resultantly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the case of the petitioners in terms of the aforementioned writ petition. However, if the case of the petitioners is found to be distinguishable by the said judgment a speaking order be passed within a period of three months as mentioned in CWP No.10454 of 2011.
