(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.30 dated 14.05.2011 registered under Section 406 IPC at Police Station Phul, District Bathinda. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that actually on 02.09.2011 the petitioner had handed over a sum of Rs.1.15 lakhs but inadvertently it had been recorded as Rs.1.50 lakhs. Learned counsel for the complainant has accepted this factual assertion. CRM-M No.17331 of 2011(O&M) ::2:: In view of the payment that has been made by the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. In the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
