CORAM :- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL Present: Mr. Rajeshwar Singh Thakur, Advocate, for the petitioners. * * * SATISH KUMAR MITTAL , J. ( Oral ) The petitioners, who are retired employees of H.M. Senior Secondary School, Ferozepur City, have filed this petition for issuing direction to the respondents to count the entire service rendered by them for the purpose of pensionary benefits. In the writ petition, even the H.M. Senior Secondary School, Ferozepur City, has not been impleaded as party. After hearing counsel for the petitioners, I am of the opinion that for the grouse raised in this petition, the petitioners have alternative remedy before the Educational Tribunal, established under the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Amendment Act, 2007. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to first approach the aforesaid Tribunal. April 24, 2009 ( SATISH KUMAR MITTAL ) JUDGE
