Mr. Kshitij Sharma, AAG, Haryana Hemant Gupta, J.(Oral) Written statement on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 has been filed today in Court. The same is taken on record. The petitioners has claimed the amount of annuity in terms of the policy dated 09.11.2010. In the written statement, it has been stated that the amount of annuity has been paid to the petitioners w.e.f 24.05.2011 to 23.05.2012 and the same have been deposited in the accounts of the petitioners on 27.08.2012. In view of the above, no further order is called for and the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
