(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent states that the entire hazardous waste has been removed from the site of the industrial premises. Mr. Patwalia admits the said fact. In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present contempt petition. The same is accordingly dismissed. Rule discharged.
