M.M.Kumar, J. *** It is admitted position that the petitioner has already availed the remedy of filing an appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for brevity 'the Act') and the appeal is pending consideration of the Tribunal. The petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate application, in case she wishes to avail some interim relief.
