CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JORA SINGH Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Rajpreet Singh Sidhu, AAG, Punjab for respondent-State. JORA SINGH, J (ORAL) ***** Telegram was received from Raj s/o Shankar Kumar on the allegation that his brother Ram @ Ramu was picked up by CIA Staff, Khanna. In pursuance of the notice, learned State counsel has already filed reply, which is on the file. According to reply, FIR no. 76 dated 19.03.2011 under Section 382 IPC was registered against Ram @ Ramu brother of the petitioner and some other persons at Police Station Payal. It has also been stated in the reply that Ram Kumar @ Ramu was arrested in the abovesaid FIR and at present he is in judicial custody. In view of the abovesaid reply, no further action is required to be taken at this stage. Hence the instant petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
