CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK SINGH Present: Mr. R.K. Malik, Sr. Advocate with Mr. Vishal Malik, Advocate for the petitioner. ALOK SINGH, J.(ORAL) Heard. Learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner-Society applied for the affiliation on 30.12.2008 and all the deficiencies were removed by the petitioner-Society on 25.7.2009. However, no action has been taken so far by the respondents in the matter of grant of letter of intent and affiliation. Mr. R.K. Malik, Sr. Advocate, has also placed reliance on CWP No.11022 of 2008, titled as Asa Ram Aggarwal Education & Research Society Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 1.7.2008. After hearing learned Counsel for the petitioner and having perused the record, without going into the merits of the case, respondent Nos.1 to 4 are directed to take final decision with regard to issuance of letter of intent to the petitioner within a period of 10 CWP No.11081 of 2010 -2- days from the date of supply of photo state copy of this order. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
