CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK SINGH For the Petitioner For the State : M/s Sumeet Gadodia, A.K. Mahato, Advocates : Mr. Anil Kumar, J.C. to A.G. ----- 03/24.01.2013 The only grievance raised by the petitioner is that respondents are not paying balance claim of interest subsidy for the financial years 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08 and are also not taking any decision on several representations moved by the petitioner (Annexure No. 7 series). Mr. Anil Kumar, J.C. to A.G., submits that appropriate decision in accordance with law shall be taken by the respondents on Annexure No. 7 series, preferably within 60 days from the date certified copy of this order is placed before the Respondent No. 1 and decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner soon thereafter. Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that present petition be disposed of in the light of the statement made by Mr. Anil Kumar, J.C. to A.G.
