JORA SINGH, J (ORAL) ***** The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the release of detenu namely master Vivek son of the petitioner, who is stated to be in illegal and unlawful custody of respondents No.5 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the photocopy of FIR (Annexure P-1) and photocopy of representation dated 28.01.2011 (Annexure P-2) in Court and the same are taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent No.4 is the husband of the petitioner and respondents No.5 to 7 are also related to respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that representation dated 28.01.2011 (Annexure P-2) is still pending with the SHO, Police Station Nakodar. Notice of motion. Crl. Writ Petition No. 630 of 2011 - 2 - On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S. Sidhu, Addl. AG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply 4 copies of complete paper book to learned State counsel during the course of the day. However, the present petition is disposed of with direction to SHO, P.S. Nakodar to dispose of the representation dated 28.01.2011 (Annexure P-2) within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking order.
