(Oral) This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 31.8.2006 (P-5) whereby respondent No. 4 has been transferred in place of the petitioner at Government High School, Pipli, District Kurukshetra, without assigning any reasons whatsoever in violation of the transfer policy of the respondent State. The petitioner has also sought quashing of relieving order dated 2.9.2006 (P-6). A further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue work on the post of Math-mistress at Government High School, Pipli, District Kurukshetra. Without going into the merits of the case, we deem it just and appropriate to direct respondent No. 2 to take cognizance of the representation, dated 2.9.2006 (P-8) sent by the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is presented to them.
