CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAI LAMBA Present:- Mr. Agam Jund Mullanpur, Advocate, for the petitioners --- AJAI LAMBA, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for quashing of the FIR No.16 dated 2.2.2007 under Sections 325, 323 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Derabassi, District SAS Nagar (Mohali), placed on record as Annexure P-1 and order of summoning dated 26.8.2010, placed on record as Annexure P-2.
