(ORAL) The petition has been filed alleging willful violation of order dated 15.07.2008 vide which, status quo regarding posting of the petitioner was required to be maintained. It has been brought out by the respondents that the petitioner was allowed to join at Govt. Primary School, Harigarh (Bakhtor Nagar) Block Sunam, District Sangrur. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders need be passed in the contempt petition. Petition disposed of.
