JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL Present: Mrs. Kiran Bala Jain, Advocate, for the petitioner. * * * Petitioner Shahid Ahmad alias Sayed Ahmed Khan has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 248 dated 28.8.2006 under Sections 51, 63, 65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Baldev Nagar, Ambala City and consequent proceedings. I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the FIR. The allegations in the FIR prima constitute the alleged offence. The police investigation is going on. In view of these facts, I do not find any ground to quash the aforesaid FIR. Dismissed. October 19, 2006 ( SATISH KUMAR MITTAL ) JUDGE
