CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAM CHAND GUPTA Present: Mr. S.K. Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioners. ******* RAM CHAND GUPTA, J.(Oral) CRM No.43127 of 2012 The application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. CRM No.M-22391 of 2012. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners on the plea that they are being harassed at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 by moving applications before various police authorities with a further direction directing official CRM No.M-22391 of 2012 -2- respondents to take cognizance on the representation Annexure P-5 of the petitioners against private respondents No.4 to 6. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and have gone through the whole record. Perusal of Annexure P-5 shows that very vague assertions have been made in the complaint. It has been stated that petitioners are providing services by acting as agent with Rising Stars Overseas Private Limited Jalandhar which was involved in sending people abroad and that applications are being made before the police authorities regarding alleged fraud and cheating committed with many people. Hence, if any complaint/application is being made against the petitioners by respondents No.4 to 6, before the police authorities regarding any offence allegedly being committed by them, this Court cannot restrain them from filing any such application/complaint. No order is required to be passed in this petition. Disposed of accordingly. September 19, 2012. Sachin M. ( RAM CHAND GUPTA ) JUDGE
