CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH BINDAL Present: Mr. Navneet Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Ritu Punj, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana. Rajesh Bindal J. .. Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who is accused in FIR No. 96 dated 4.5.2007, registered under Sections 4A/8 and 2/80 of Punjab Prohibition of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station, Tauru. Initially, he was not arrested and was declared Proclaimed Offender. However, subsequently after his arrested on 19.4.2009, he is in custody. The case is triable by the Magistrate. No prosecution evidence has been recorded till date. In view of the above, I find that a case for grant of bail pending trial is made out. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing of bail bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Duty Magistrate, Nuh. The petition stands disposed of.
