(ORAL) ***** Present Writ Petition herein, inter Pre nter alia, is for issuance of a Writ Writ in the nature of ture of Certiorari for quashing letter d - etter dated 12.07.2023 (Annexure P- 4) qua retaining taining right of the petitioners with re ; with regard to their respective plots; and further to qu er to quash letter dated 24.11.2022 (An 22 (Annexure P-5).

#3. On the other hand, on advance service of copy of petition, learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondents No.3 and 4 appear and oppose issuance of notice of motion. They submit that grievance of the petitioners will be looked into by respondent No.3 and it shall take decision either way, on pending representation dated 08.11.2023 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioners.
#4. Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek reply by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.
#5. Without commenting on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider pending representation dated 08.11.2023 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioners and pass an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order.
