After arguing the matter for some tim Af me time, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner su ner submits that he has instructions fro ns from the petitioner to press this petition only wit ly with regard to the forfeiture of the f the petitioner’s earnest money and debarment of the of the petitioner for a period of two year o years from participation in tenders in any of the f the Departments/Boards or Corpor orporations etc. of the Haryana Government.

#2. Lea earned State counsel submits that a that as of now, no order has been passed forfeiting feiting the petitioner’s earnest money or ney or from debarring the petitioner as above becaus because through order dated 16.09.202
