Main Case : Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision petition, with liberty to the petitioner-plaintiff to move application for amendment of the plaint. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. If any such application for amendment of plaint is moved, the same shall be decided by the trial court in accordance with law.
