AGGARWAL,J This is petition against order dated 9.8.2005 passed by Civil Judge(Jr.Divn.), Nabha whereby objection petition filed by respondent No.2 was accepted and the property was released from attachment. On behalf of respondent No.2, it had been argued that no revision was maintainable in view of provisions of Order 21 Rule 58, Sub Rule 4 CPC and only an appeal will be maintainable. After going through the provisions of Order 21 Rule 58, Sub Rule 4 CPC, petitioner is directed to approach the Court of District Judge, Patiala. If he approaches that Court within a period of one month from C.R.No.4968 of 2005 #2# today then objections to the limitation shall not be taken. With this observation, petition stands disposed of.
