(ORAL) Perusal of file shows that present is a case where entire record stands burnt. Neither grounds of appeal nor award passed by learned Tribunal is available as to issue notices of the concerned parties. None is appearing either on behalf of appellant or on behalf of other respondents except respondent No.7. Learned counsel for respondent No.7 has also shown his inability to place on record documents pertaining to present appeal.

In view of above circumstances, present appeal is consigned to record room with liberty to parties to revive the same by showing just cause and filing record of the case.
