CORAM:- HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR GARG * * * Present: Mr. Amit Parashar, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Ashok Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. Rakesh Kumar Garg, J.(Oral) In response to the show cause notice issued by this Court, reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Sanjay Kumar, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Palwal, has been filed wherein it has been submitted that on the representation dated 22.12.2008, an enquiry was held by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Palwal, who has submitted his report dated 9.4.2009 which is attached as Annexure R-1 with the reply. It has also been submitted in his reply that after investigation in FIR No.478 dated 22.11.2008, challan has already been presented and even the accused Sheela Kumar son of Rajinder Singh was arrested on 28.11.2008 and was produced in the Court. Even a supplementary challan has also been filed in the Court. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to proceed further in this contempt petition. Dismissed. Rule discharged. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the enquiry report in accordance with law. September 8, 2009 (RAKESH KUMAR GARG) JUDGE
