#1. By way of present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of directions seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioners.
#2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, the petitioners do not apprehend any threat to their life and liberty at the hands of respondent No.4 and thus, he prays for withdrawal of present petition.
