CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARKESH MANUJA Present: Mr. Navraj Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Athar Ahmed, DAG, Punjab. HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) **** Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.214 dated 15.12.2023 registered under Section 306 of IPC at P.S. Sadar, District Hoshiarpur.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 23.01.2024, petitioner joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.
Disposed of accordingly.
