Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that present complaint is not maintainable against the applicant as applicant sold the goods (Besan packets) to accused-licensee Pramod Provisional Store on

14.06.2021 and Besan packets contains expiry period as best before three months from the date of packing. The product was sold to Pramod Provisional Store on 14.06.2021 and raid made by opposite party no.2 Food Inspector on 27.10.2021 after about four months, after expiry period of the product. Applicant is not responsible for that.
