Learned counsel for the applicant submits that summoning order is a non- speaking order and has been passed mechanically without application of mind.

Notice on behalf of the opposite party no.1 has been accepted by learned A.G.A.

Opposite party may file counter affidavit within four weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may also be filed two weeks thereafter.
