However, therespondents have not granted such benefit to the petitioner onthe ground that the past continuous approved service renderedby the petitioner from 08.04.2013 to 27.09.2023 was inrespondent No.6 – Renaissance Institute of Management Studies(RIMS), Chandrapur, which is a private unaided college.3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thepetitioner had preferred an application dated 05.02.2025seeking grant of the benefit of the Career Advancement Scheme. The said application is at record page No.87 (Annexure-L). This is the corrected order pursuant to the speaking to minutes of the order dated 6th May 2026.MJ Jadhav 2/2 Corrected-104-WP-2674-2026.odt However, respondent No.4 – Gondwana University, Gadchirolihas not decided the said application of the petitioner.4.In view of the above, the petitioner has approached thisCourt.5.Considering the grievance raised by the petitioner, wedispose of the present writ petition with a direction torespondent Nos.3 and 4 to process the claim of the petitionerfor grant of the benefit of the Career Advancement Scheme inaccordance with Government Resolutions dated 06.02.2006 and11.02.1994, as well as the UGC Notification dated 30.06.2010.6.The aforesaid respondents are further directed toconsider the judgments of this Court rendered in Writ PetitionNo.6280/2016 and Writ Petition No.2664/2021. The aforesaidrespondents shall take a decision on the aforesaid applicationdated 05.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period ofeight weeks from the date of production of this order.7.The decision so taken shall be communicated to thepetitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of suchdecision. 8.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
