Ms. Kamla Mal, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of applicant- appellant husband. She submits, her client had petitioned for dissolution of the marriage. By judgment dated 14th November, 2025 the Family Court rejected it. Her client is aggrieved. The appeal was presented on reported delay of 45 days. Application has been made for condonation. She submits further, on caveat lodged service was made.

We notice learned advocates engaged by respondent have their names reflected in the list. Applicant has leave to communicate website copy of this order to said learned advocates for application for condonation of delay being considered on adjourned date. Acknowledgement of the communication be filed in Court on that date.
