Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Scheme of Administration was amended in the year 1991 and by which the management of the school is to be undertaken by the members of the school itself. He further submits that subsequent to the amendment in Section 16A of the Intermediate Education Act, 1921, the management would vest in the general body of the society.
