The present writ petition has been filed inter-alia with the following prayer:- "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 12.11.2025 passed by respondent no. 2 in Revision No. 430 of 2022, Computer case no.C202209000000430 (Dharmendra Vs. Menvir & Others), and Order dated 22.03.2022 passed by respondent no. 3 in case No. 3608 of 2021 (Menvir & Others Vs. Dharmendra), under section 33/39 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901."

It is argued that the petitioner is in peaceful possession over the property in dispute situated at Khasra no.558M area 0.250 hectare since 1987 but wholly illegally in the proceedings initiated by the private- respondents under Section 33/39 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, orders were passed against the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 2 & 3.

Issue notice to Respondent Nos.4 & 5. Steps be taken within ten days.

Until further orders of this Court, effect and operation of the order dated 12.11.2025 passed by respondent no. 2 in Revision No. 430 of 2022, Computer case no.C202209000000430 (Dharmendra Vs. Menvir & Others), as well as Order dated 22.03.2022 passed by respondent no. 3 in case No. 3608 of 2021 (Menvir & Others Vs. Dharmendra), under section 33/39 of U.P.
