Heard Sri Govind Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Regular Suit No.199 of 2024: Vikash Chandra Srivastava Vs. Prakashchandra and others expeditiously.
The aforesaid suit has been filed by the petitioner for perpetual injunction on
16.02.2024. A copy of the order sheet of the suit annexed with the petition does not indicate as to whether summons of the suit have been served upon the defendants till date.
In these circumstances, there is no good ground to issue any direction for expeditious disposal of the suit, at this stage.
