Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 / Additional Collector/Additional District Magistrate, City (East) District -Lucknow, to decide the Case no. 2870 of 2023 (Smt. Sarandha Devi vs Shri Sanjay Dwivedi ) under section 21(2) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021 within stipulated period as fixed by the this Hon'ble High Court to meet the ends of justice, contained as Annexure no. 2 to this petition, in the interest of justice. "
