The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(1) To issue suitable direction, directing the opposite party No.1 i.e. Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.5, Lucknow to decide the Misc. case No.1481 of 2024 "Aryan Chaudhary @ Mohit Yadav and Smt. Shivangi Singh Yadav" under section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending before him, within shortest time as directed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. "
Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court to decide the Misc. Case No.1481 of 2024 "Aryan Chaudhary @ Mohit Yadav and Smt. Shivangi Singh Yadav" under section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 with all expedition, preferably within two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
