#2. After advancing certain arguments, Mr. Abhijit Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, petitioner only seeks indulgence to be permitted to pay the entire outstanding dues within four months.
#3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
#4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the following directions: (i) The petitioner shall deposit the amount Rs. 1,07,994/- in four installments. The first installment of Rs. 32,994/- shall be paid on or before 31 December 2025. (ii) The balance amount may be deposited by the petitioner in three equal installments of Rs. 25,000/- each payable on or before 31 January 2026, 28 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 respectively.
