Judgment
#1. Heard Sri Pawan Kumar Pandey, applicant/appellant no.2 and Sri Vipul Kumar Singh,, learned AGA for the State. learned counsel
#2. This is short term bail application in Session Trial No. 79 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No. 147 of 2013, under Sections 302/34, 201 of IPC, Police Station Sadarpur, District Sitapur.

The aforesaid short term bail application was filed on behalf of applicant /appellant no.2 Guddu @ Prakash @ Ram Prakash praying short term bail on the ground that marriage ceremony of daughter of applicant is scheduled on 16.03.2026 so the applicant/appellant no.2 may be permitted to attend the aforesaid marriage ceremony of his daughter.
#4. Learned AGA has produced the copy of instruction letter dated 10.03.2026 along with marriage card indicating the aforesaid fact that the marriage of the daughter of applicant namely Pallavi is scheduled on 16.03.2026, the same are taken on record.
#5. Learned A.G.A. has stated that there are serious allegations against the present appellant/applicant but on the aforesaid request of the learned counsel for the appellant/applicant any appropriate order may be passed in the interest of the prosecution.
#6. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, since the marriage of daughter of applicant/appellant no.2 is to take place on 2 CRLA No. 94 of 2024
16.03.2026, so considering the aforesaid peculiar facts and circumstances, we hereby find it appropriate that the present appellant/applicant may be permitted to attend the marriage ceremony of his daughter on 16.03.2026.

The appellant/applicant Guddu @ Prakash @ Ram Prakash shall be released on 15.03.2026 around 11:30 am within escort of two police personnel and shall be taken to his parental house whereafter he will attend the marriage ceremony of his daughter within police custody. After attending the marriage ceremony, his custody shall be handed over to Jail authority by 5:30 p.m. of 17.03.2026 itself. During the course of the aforesaid period, he shall not meet any other person except his core family members and the escort of two police personnel shall comply the aforesaid condition strictly.
#8. Let a copy of this order or information of this order be provided to Superintendent of Jail, Bareilly and Senior Superintendent / Superintendent of Police, Bareilly at the earliest so that the aforesaid directions could be complied with.
