He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dated 15th September, 2025 of the Family Court rejecting his petition for restitution. The appeal was presented on reported delay of 47 days. Application has been made for condonation.

Issue notice along with this order on the application and appeal. Accept one set of process fee for service by registered post/speed post with A.D. Appellant will put in requisites. He will also provide English translation of impugned judgment, on adjourned date.
