Sri Vishesh Rajvanshi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has challenged order dated 27th August 2025 rejecting his application for issuance of character certificate. His client has been wrongly named as an accused in a criminal case. There be interference. Sri Ashim Mukherjee, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. On query he submits, he does not have instructions on view taken by the Lucknow Bench in a batch of writ petitions, lead case being Writ C no. 798 of 2024 (Anil Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others) has been interfered with. Respondent no.3 is directed to issue the certificate pursuant to Anil Kumar (supra). Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his application dated 27th August, 2025 to said respondent.
