Heard Sri Navin Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 20.06.2024 issued by respondent no. 2 U/s 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of petitioner dated
24.07.2025."
This writ petition is not maintainable before this Court as the petitioner has an alternative remedy.
